On "Reporting bugs":

• Reorder 1-3 to put Babel first? Since for Translator, Babel will probably be where they want to actually put issues.
• For wording of 1-3, could say "data / content" is for Babel and "frontend application/API" is for NodeNorm / NameRes
• For wording of 4, could say "provide specific details / exact cliques you find issues with".
• For 4: is a tabular file (tsv) okay for providing exact cliques / details when we find a bunch (that are the same origin / same problem)?

"Writing a new concord or compendium": may want to explain what that means. Like is this basically another set of ID-pairs that are the same "entity" according to a resource? (I think it is based on my notes)
